Using mixed methodology and a variety of research tools, Charlotte works to create compelling narratives from brief to delivery, informed by experience and delivered with clarity. Her client roster includes Huawei, Sky and Nike.

Jonathan spent a decade moving between web design and development, before settling into a more strategic role.
He now leads a digital team to create more effective user experiences, across eCommerce, mobile and in-store retail. Him and his team carry a user-centric design methodology into every project.
Jonathan has experience leading research projects for a number of major brands, employing a range of strategies as required. These include user interviews, A/B and MV testing, prototype testing and benchmarking. His client roster includes Nike, Sports Direct and Samsung.
